Results – Captain’s Charity Day
The annual Captain’s Charity Day in July at Kidderminster was won by Peter Gill on countback from Sharon Cartwright.
Results – Woodland Wanders
June’s event at Aston Woods was won by Tony Beards with 40 points, two points clear of Bryn Jones. Simon Humphries made up the top three.
Results – Cider and Cheese
The May event at Upper Sapey was won by Lee Austin with 32 points. It was a tight finish with no fewer than four players just one point behind and the top 15 players separated by just six points.
Results – The Chairman’s Choice
The Chairman’s Choice event in April at North Warwickshire Golf Club was won by Mike Gilbert with 38 points. Colin Stephens and Lee Austin made up the other podium positions.
Results – Swing Into Spring
The March event at Widney Manor proved to be a very high scoring event and was won by Phillip Young with a fantastic score of 48 points to add to his second place in February. John West finished runner up with 43 points.
