Society’s Fundraising Efforts Top £20,000

The WBA Supporters’ Golf Society is delighted to report that the final total amount raised for the RNLI at the Vic Stirrup Memorial Golf Day last October was £1,530!

This is a fantastic result and everybody involved with the Society, and with the day itself should be very proud.

This brings the total raised by the Society since it was formed six years ago to more than £20,000.

While the Society was primarily formed for fellow Baggies’ fans to meet up and play golf once a month and sample some of the finest golf courses in the Midlands, our fundraising efforts have become an important part of our activities.

Keep an eye on the website for future charity events. This year’s event is scheduled for 6th July at Astbury Hall Golf Club in Shropshire which is a fantastic venue and a day not to be missed.
