The WBASGS Player of the Year statistics have been updated and you can download the latest spreadsheet here.
Last Sunday’s event at Bridgnorth, the Salopian Experience, attracted a very healthy 20 players, although 10 of them were guests, 8 of them courtesy of member, Ian Manford.
The Society’s April event was the Chairman’s Choice event and was held at Halesowen Golf Club on 12th April. Ashley Hayward made it two from two for 2015, this time by the more convincing margin of 6 points.
The first of this year’s events was held at Leominster Golf Club back on 15th March. It was won by Ashley Hayward by one point from Tim Higgs.
Unfortunately, the next Society event, To The Manor Born, at The Manor Golf Club in Uttoxeter has been changed once again, moving forward to Sunday 7th June 2015. Hopefully, this won’t cause too many problems for members. All other details of the events remain the same.
This year’s Charity Day will be held at Astbury Hall on Saturday 11th July, and will be supporting the Prostate Cancer Support Group from Kidderminster.
