The WBA Supporters’ Golf Society is delighted to report that the final total amount raised for the RNLI at the Vic Stirrup Memorial Golf Day last October was £1,530!

Sir Bobby Robson Foundation
Sir Bobby Robson has held a special place in the hearts of generations of football fans, particularly those who were lucky enough to see him play in the famous blue and white stripes in the 1950s.
Midlands Air Ambulance
2008 saw the Society hold two charity events in the same year for the first time. As well as the Stephen Hayden Memorial event, 7th June of that year saw another charity golf day held at the Belfry.
On this occasion, the chosen charity was the Midlands Air Ambulance and we raised £300.
Stephen Hayden Memorial Golf Days
The Society’s first Charity Golf Day took place on 9th August 2007 at the Kidderminster Golf Club.
Some members of the Society had been close to ardent Baggies Fan Stephen Hayden. Stephen passed away with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in August 2006 at the age of 26.
