The first of this year’s events was held at Leominster Golf Club back on 15th March. It was won by Ashley Hayward by one point from Tim Higgs.

We played our ‘Posh Gig’ on Sunday 4th November and I must say we were looked after superbly well by everyone at the club & made to feel most welcome.

Dave Linton took the honours as the Society ventured into enemy territory for the event at Patshull Park on 5th October.
Results – The Concept Classic
The Concept Classic was, for a change, held in glorious sunshine in Leominster. It was won by Ashley Hayward with “Irvine’s Invincibles” living up the second half of their name, at least, by winning the team award.

The latest society event was held at Dudley Golf Club on Sunday 24th August. There was a clear winner with Karl Rooke on 39 points, a full five points clear of the field.
Results – Captain’s Day at Astbury Hall
The annual charity golf day finally got underway at Astbury Hall on Sunday 27th July. Thankfully, the weather stayed good which led to some high scoring with Aiden Marie winning the individual competition and the Farm Boys 1 collecting the team crown.
